A standard queen room with a balcony has basic facilities you need. The staff are helpful and caring, the location is beautiful. The place to order dinner at a short distance from the hotel is Craft Dining Rooms.

Welcoming service overall and parking nearby. Everything perfect. The location fantastic and beautiful in the city centre. Based close to bars, the restaurant for breakfast and which is probably the nicest area in the city.

It had a perfect location right by lots of bars, the bar/ restaurant and central Birmingham. Spent our evenings in nearby Pitcher & Piano enjoying drinks and atmosphere.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were a bit rude.

Had 1 day in Birmingham, spending our time here lovely. The stuff was good, everything was good. The food was delicious, drinks where complimentary. It was a marvellous and fab location for us, very close to all the services there and the restaurant for breakfast. Enjoyed our stay.
